The Bridge — Teen Edition

$197.00

The Bridge — Teen Edition is a self-guided psychoeducational app designed specifically for adolescents of the Global Majority, Caribbean, African, Asian, Latin American, Indigenous, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and multiracial teens navigating between family culture and dominant culture.

Created by Sherry Jerimie,a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Psychoanalyst with nearly 30 years of clinical experience, and Founder of ENRICH Global.

Most psychology was developed by studying Western, white, middle-class populations, then presented as universal. The Bridge uses The ENRICH Method™ to help teens understand themselves through their actual cultural context: Ethnicity, Nationality, Race, Identity, Culture, and Heritage.

Includes guided reflections, private journaling, grounding exercises, safety tools, and anti-binge pacing to support genuine integration. All data stays completely private on the user's device.

This is psychoeducation, not therapy, designed for stable times, not crisis. Companion app available: The Bridge — Parent Edition.

I always felt like I couldn't talk to my parents about real stuff, like there was this wall between us. This app gave me a way in. It helped me understand what they might be going through too, not just my side. And somehow, it opened up conversations I never knew how to start. We actually talk now. Not about everything, but more than before. That's huge for my family.
